Now perfumes are a very personal choice, plus what suits one person may smell like cat wee on another. I have a friend who smells absolutely gorgeous in Eau de Star by Thierry Mugler, when I try and wear it, I end up smelling like that old perfume you used to try and make as a kid by mashing petals and adding water!
However, I was recently given a lot of samples of Daisy Eau So Fresh by Marc Jacobs and dished them out to lots of my friends and also my mum. I received nothing but glowing feedback.
I personally absolutely loved the smell and was so gutted when the samples ran out, I went and bought my own bottle! I don't wear a lot of perfume and I'm not a fan of the overly potent perfumes on the market (aka Chanel No. 5) but this I found suited every occasion from everyday in the office to more special occasions. I even got a nice comment from the geeky guy at work who wouldn't notice if you came in wearing your pyjamas!
One low maintenance friend who never bothers with perfume used all of her samples and my mum even ditched her faithful signature Anais Anais to use hers!
My only negative comment would be about new fragrances in general - why are you so expensive when you first come out?
So in the eyes (noses) of my small group of testers this perfume came up smelling of...well Daisy's. Plus the bottle looks pretty too
I agree.....absolutely lovely fragrance! Perfect for summer.
